President
A seasoned business executive with 30+ years of experience in corporate USA and Nigeria, excels in operational leadership, project management, and strategic planning. His achievements include managing P&L up to $1B, overseeing multi-billion-dollar investments, and leading global teams. As Senior Executive, he successfully established and managed manufacturing and supply chain operations in North America, achieving regulatory certifications and exceeding launch timeline plans. His initial exposure to Oil and Gas started at Kaduna Refining & Petrochemical Company Ltd, from where he moved into bulk purchase of petroleum products and distribution across Nigeria. Engr. Ajayi holds a B. Eng. in Chemical Engineering from ABU Zaria, MS. Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College, USA and MBA from Minnesota School of Business, USA. He has a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification with multi million-dollar productivity savings under his belt.
Dr. Abu Sani
Executive VP
A business executive who specializes in Oil & Gas Engineering, Project Management, and Man-Power Training. The company is involved in modular refinery projects and managing a drilling campaign in Niger Delta. Dr. Sani, a Petroleum Engineer with 30+ years of experience, previously worked with notable organizations such as Saudi Aramco, BHP Billiton, Marathon Oil, and Schlumberger. He holds a B. Eng. in Chemical Engineering from ABU Zaria, M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from KFUPM Dhahran, M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from University of Oklahoma, and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from University of Houston. Hehas authored numerous technical papers. He actively participates in professional associations, SPE, AIChE, AAPG, ESGADIA and AkSES. Dr. Sani has received multiple awards and has organized global Oil & Gas events.
Dr. Segun Ogunsanya

A global executive in Houston, Texas, USA brings over 15 years of expertise in corporate strategy, portfolio management, and business development. As the Strategic Advisor to the President of ExxonMobil Upstream, he led the development of business plans across 30 affiliates with an annual capital spend exceeding $20B. Segun played a key role in driving strategic initiatives and global transformation in the upstream portfolio. Previously, as Operations Manager, he oversaw one of ExxonMobil's most profitable assets, generating $3B in annual revenue. He has extensive experience in partnerships with the World Bank, international financial institutions, and government agencies. Dr. Ogunsanya holds a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and an Executive MBA from Rice University's Jones School of Business.
